If you want quick results, our 45 minute sessions are designed to get you working hard, utilising interval, circuit, and strength training using lots of varied equipment. Our classes are also hugely social too, so you'll not only feel great but you'll meet like minded people too. Don't worry if you are new to fitness or returning after a break, Consu will always offer high and low impact options during the session, so you work to your own ability, whilst receiving encouragement and guidance from the trainer and other members.
